Welcome to Groove & Move at A's Dojo, a high-energy, fun-filled movement program designed to inspire creativity, build confidence and encourage children to express themselves through dance, music and imaginative play.

More Than Just Dance!
Our program combines creative movement, music, rhythm, interactive games and exciting activities to help children develop essential physical, emotional and social skills.
Rather than simply following dance routines, children are encouraged to explore movement through their emotions, imagination and natural curiosity.
From jumping, balancing and spinning to moving with rhythm and expressing feelings through dance, every activity is designed to make learning exciting and meaningful.
