Our fully graded Kickboxing program is a combination of Western Boxing, traditional Muay Thai and Karate. You will burn 1000 calories in one class and burn the fat that is hard to get rid of.
This class focuses on using your upper and lower limbs in a both efficent and lethal way. You will learn how to put effective combinations together using your hands, knees and legs.
